Deborah Hines

Deborah serves as a liaison between clients and staff, conveying client progress and other documentation for the team. She provides effective client support, helping clients reach recovery milestones and navigate a way to mend relationships and stay sober. She ensures things run smoothly for residential clients and staff through daily reprieves.

In recovery herself, Deborah is able to relate to clients, set an example for them, and help motivate them on their recovery journey. She has completed the 12 steps of AA herself and actively sponsors other women in recovery. She is bilingual (Spanish/English) and loves working with people.

Deborah's strengths are listening, reliability, working under pressure, and understanding the recovery process. Outside work, she enjoys volunteering with her children's choir, writing, and traveling.
