Nicholle Izedomwen BSN, RN

Nicholle Izedomwen is a dedicated Nurse Manager with over five years of experience in psychiatric and addiction medicine. She currently oversees nursing operations, treatment coordination, and medication compliance, with a strong emphasis on client education and therapeutic support. Known for her calm presence and clinical expertise, Nicholle fosters a culture of accountability, compassion, and growth within her team.

She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health and is on track to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Nicholle's leadership has been instrumental in building systems that enhance client outcomes and staff development.

She makes a difference by showing up with intention and advocating for clients, eliminating barriers to care, and ensuring each person is supported in their recovery journey. Outside of work, Nicholle loves traveling and aims to visit a new country each year. She enjoys pop-up shops and spending quality time with her partner. Recently she started her Pilates journey for wellness and balance.
