Jared Meier

Jared's professional journey has taken him through technology, quality assurance, operations, and more recently, hands-on work in community services. He spent several years building a career in software QA, developing strong experience in mobile applications, API testing, and working alongside engineering teams. After years in tech, he began looking for work that felt more practical and more connected to the people and environment around him, a search that led him in a new direction while drawing on the discipline, problem-solving skills, and adaptability he developed throughout his career.

Jared helps create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients. He is dependable, observant, and calm under pressure, and his background in technology and quality assurance has taught him to pay attention to the details. His areas of focus include client support, residential operations, and communication.

Outside of work, Jared spends much of his time playing and studying music. He has been a drummer for more than 20 years and continues to work on jazz drumming, with a focus on developing his technique and musical vocabulary. He also plays electric bass and has an interest in classical guitar, and he enjoys reading, studying new subjects, and continuing to learn skills that support his personal and professional growth.
