Nicole LeBlanc LVN

Nicole LeBlanc is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with CPR-BLS certification and eight years of experience managing nursing care within rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. Her clinical background includes Chronic Care Management, Chronic Dialysis, Geriatrics, Oncology, outpatient community health clinics, and mental and behavioral health environments.

Nicole also has experience in Correctional Managed Care, including work in PICU Mental and Behavioral Health, as well as experience as a Care Navigator. She brings a well-rounded approach to client care through her diverse nursing and specialty experience.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading and watching thriller movies.
