Nurse T is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (LVN) at our In-patient treatment facility Luna Recovery- Heights, where she plays a critical role in supporting individuals through their recovery from substance use & mental health disorders. With a deep commitment to patient care, Nurse T bring 5 years of experience in nursing and addiction recovery, utilizing her skills to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals on their journey to sobriety.
Nurse T specializes in providing medical care and emotional support to patients in detoxification and rehabilitation programs. She is responsible for assessing patients’ physical health, managing withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Nurse T also educates patients and their families on the physical and mental health impacts of substance abuse, as well as relapse prevention strategies.
With a passion for making a difference, Nurse T remains committed to helping those struggling with addiction, promoting both physical and emotional healing. Her empathetic approach and professional expertise make her an asset to the treatment team at Luna Recovery. Nurse T grew up in the vibrant city of Chicago, where her love for the diverse culture, food, and connections with others blossomed.
