Cassandra Montemayor
Cassandra works with clients in the residential program, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy for adults. She also guides families through the complexities of determining the appropriate level of care needed for their children. Her other areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and addiction.
With a commitment to helping others, Cassandra strives to create a safe environment where clients can embark on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Cassandra says clients’ trust in her fuels her passion for helping them, and she is grateful she can walk alongside them on their path to healing and personal growth.
Cassandra has years of experience in her field and is an LPC. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and guidance (mental health specialization) and is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT. She adds that clients also help her learn and grow by refining her skills and deepening her understanding of the human experience.
Outside of work, Cassandra rises early to hit the gym and lift weights. She also loves exploring new places, trying out delicious foods, and attending concerts with friends.
