Eric Pavord

Eric brings to Luna his passion for business and his desire to help build an organization that makes a difference in the lives of those it serves. He enjoys the challenge of turning a vision into a sustainable, well-run operation while finding ways to support the people who make the work possible.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and is currently finishing his MBA there. He has worked in the behavioral health space since 2020 and was named a Houston Business Journal Best CFO honoree in 2026.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his daughter, surfing, and traveling the world. His favorite quote is, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” — Steve Jobs
