Lexi Frey

Lexi serves as the HR Director at Luna, overseeing human resources operations, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. She works closely with leadership to ensure that systems are organized, policies are clear, and employees feel supported so they can focus on delivering quality care to clients.

With over 10 years of experience in human resources and compliance, Lexi has worked in fast-paced, regulated environments where accuracy, structure, and consistency matter. She has led HR system improvements, strengthened policy compliance, and helped streamline onboarding and payroll processes to create a more efficient and reliable employee experience.

Lexi is passionate about building strong foundations behind the scenes so teams can do their best work. She believes that when employees are supported and expectations are clear, it positively impacts the care provided to clients.

Outside of work, Lexi is a proud mom of six. She spends much of her free time at baseball fields cheering on her boys, at dance competitions supporting her daughter, or camping and boating with her family.
