Residential Treatment Program
A Place of Comfort and Support
Our residential facility offers a warm, contemporary home environment and 24/7 care. While the duration of stay is dependent on a client's individual needs, a typical stay lasts from 35 to 90 days, and programming takes place onsite seven days a week.
When a client first enters our residential program, they’re provided with any necessary medical treatment for withdrawal and/or mental health issues, and given time to acclimate to the residential setting. This initial landing period is followed by intensive therapeutic treatment. Throughout the process, we help clients identify and work to achieve short- and long-term treatment goals, and plan for continuing care.
During their stay, clients meet with a member of our medical team each day to discuss their overall medical and health concerns. In the initial landing period, clients are evaluated by one of our psychiatrists to help address any co-occurring mental health issues, then assigned to a primary therapist who becomes their main contact and care director throughout their time at Luna.
Individual, one-on-one therapy takes place multiple times a week, while group therapy and educational group sessions are also provided daily. Clients also meet with their entire treatment team once a week to assess progress and next steps in the recovery process.
Our Facility
Our co-ed residential treatment facility is one of the smallest in Texas by design, allowing us to provide truly customized care. With a maximum of nine clients at a time, our home-like setting offers beautifully curated common areas and an elevated client experience.
Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared onsite by our executive chef. During their stay, clients are offered a consultation with our registered dietitian, and accommodations are made for dietary preferences and allergies.
Clients also have access to personal training with a certified personal trainer, yoga classes, and use of our outdoor swimming pool.
