Ursula Saldana
Ursula is a passionate and dedicated recovery advocate with a heart for helping others find healing, laughter, and peace on their journey to recovery. With lived experience of recovery and relapse, she works to ensure each client feels welcomed and supported as they get settled at The Luna House-Heights In-House treatment. She provides emotional support and encouragement to clients during their stay, helps clients find and practice healthy coping skills, and assists in identifying triggers and developing strategies for relapse prevention while also striving to make laughter a daily habit.
In her own journey to recovery, Ursula has achieved an Associate Degree in Human Services. She is soon to be an LCDC-I, and her greatest accomplishment has been her service work in AA, which has benefited her 5 years of sobriety, where she found hope, peace, and restored relationships with her family and sons.
She continues to work a recovery program of her own and finds joy in spending time with her grand puppies and dog park family. She embraces the simple pleasures of nature, and her love for animals and the outdoors is a testament to her belief in the healing power of connection.
