Trevor St. Denis
Trevor builds strong relationships with adolescents and their families in the Adolescent IOP. He also facilitates group therapy sessions and provides individual support to adolescents and adults.
Witnessing firsthand the impact of substance use and mental health issues on young individuals and families motivated Trevor to become a therapist. He holds an undergraduate degree from Baylor University and a master’s degree in clinical health counseling from Houston Christian University.
Trevor's journey with Luna began as a resident advisor in the sober living home. His dedication and work ethic led to his promotion as the lead residential advisor. In this role, Trevor worked directly with clients and managed daily operations of the residential center, ensuring smooth functioning and a supportive environment. Additionally, Trevor assumed the responsibility of discharge coordinator, meeting weekly with clients to discuss and organize continued care options such as sober living and IOP. His commitment to advocating for continued care for clients remains unwavering, as he actively networks within the community to expand his knowledge of available resources.
While completing the requirements for licensure, Trevor contributed to the Luna team as a clinical intern in the IOP. Now that he is a fully licensed therapist, he thrives on helping clients achieve their goals at Luna.
Beyond his professional life, Trevor is a native Houstonian who unwinds by playing golf with friends, growing peppers, seeing live music, watching movies, cooking, and exploring the diverse cuisines available in Houston.
