Lindsey Gabriel
As an LPC-Associate, Lindsey is a calming and safe presence for clients. Deeply intuitive herself, she guides clients in connecting with their intuition and innate goodness. She also helps them align the internal with the external so that they can experience more joy and ease in life.
Passionate about her work, Lindsey specializes in relationship Issues, parenting, couples counseling, ADHD, and perfectionism. She enjoys working with high achievers who “have it all,” yet still find that something is missing. Lindsey draws on modalities including Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as mindfulness, meditation, and coaching.
Lindsey earned an M.S. in clinical mental health counseling from The University of St. Thomas. She has also completed Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Training, Level 1 and an ADHD Clinical Services Provider Certification Course. Additionally, Lindsey holds a Life Coach Certification and a Holistic Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Lindsey is a former accountant who has an M.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University. Outside of work, she is a Parrothead (Jimmy Buffett fan) who loves boating and being near the water. Lindsey also enjoys exercising, reading, journaling, and spending time with her husband, four children, and yellow Lab. One of her goals is to write a book in the near future.
